Since 1998 CSG has developed a very professional team that understands public sector agencies, not-for-profit organisations and government owned corporations.  We have a diverse team of investigators that allows us to meet all requests from clients.

We have an exceptional track record in conducting investigations relating to staff grievances and allegations of misconduct.  We have several Standing Offer Arrangements to provide investigative services to state government agencies and local authorities.

Our investigators provide an independent assessment of the matter and a way forward for clients; this also ‘frees up’ valuable time of internal officers.

As there is now an increased requirement on departments, agencies and local authorities to conduct their own investigations into misconduct and grievance issues, we can assist in establishing the framework and procedures to be followed in conducting these investigations.  Further to this we can assist in the establishment of the reporting tool, which is critical to the management of misconduct and grievance matters.
