Experience
Forty five years experience in corporate service management at senior and executive management levels within the Queensland public sector with the major focus on accounting, financial management, internal and external audit, financial policy, financial strategy, financial analysis and review.

Four years contracting experience with assignments involving:

• Implementation of Australian Equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards
• Rewrite of Treasury Accounting Policy Guidelines
• Rewrite of Financial Management Practice Manuals within the Shared Services Agency
• Zero based budgeting
• Strategic budgeting
• Financial analysis of business proposals
• External audit of a local authority fund
