Experience
Tony is an expert in improving the effectiveness of leaders and managers and in assisting organisational teams to succeed. He provides leaders with an increased resilience to take timely control over difficult and complex human resource issues and increases their capacity to have constructive conversations that build productive relationships and highly collaborative practices. Tony achieves this through an Executive Alignment Program which is a facilitated program tailored to mobilise executive, management and project teams so as to build adaptive resilience, establish productive behaviours and instil energetic commitment to achieve success. He has achieved outstanding results in both the public and private sectors.

Tony is an experienced risk management specialist with extensive experience in solving complex high risk issues in the corporate environment and government agencies. Tony uses his Ontological facilitation expertise to assist senior management explore issues that arise during the decision making process, for example during change management and strategic planning.

Tony is also very experienced in assisting organisations to be able to meet their obligations with respect to workplace health and safety and injury management. He is skilled at developing and implementing OH&S systems and working with employees who suffer psychological conditions, and management, to improve outcomes for both parties following a breakdown in the employer employee relationship.

Tony is also experienced in alternate dispute resolution where uses an Ontological and mediation model to assist in the resolution of staff grievances. Parties are provided an opportunity to explore reasons behind the breakdown with the intent of shifting their perceptive in one on one coaching sessions before bringing parties together for a conversation on moving forward.
