Qualifications
Tania holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.

Experience
Tania has over 10 years HR experience in the Queensland public sector. The skills and experience she acquired over those years include specialist knowledge of payroll, recruitment and selection and workplace health and safety. In addition, she was selected as a subject matter expert in a Whole-of-Government system implementation in which she was instrumental in the design of many HR Business Processes to be used state-wide.
