Experience
Sally has a variety of skills and experience; she is a coach with over 20 year’s organisational experience in Brisbane, USA and South Africa.  Sally has consulted to public and private sector organisations on three continents including consulting to several Top 50 NYSE corporations.  She brings with her a deep insight into how individuals and teams maximize their effectiveness in rapidly changing settings.

Sally has undertaken extensive amounts of conflict resolution, mediation and coaching in government organisations including Queensland Health, Queensland Building Services Authority, Queensland Legislative Assembly, State Development, Powerlink, Queensland Treasury, Department of Education, and Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

As an Executive Coach and registered Psychologist she focuses her career upon assisting leaders to capitalise on their strengths and manage the risk they experience when under pressure over lengthy periods.
