Experience
Russell is one of the most experienced contractors available in the field of government purchasing and logistics. Russell has dedicated himself to a lifetime career in purchasing and procurement in the public sector. For the last several years Russell has carried out assignments in a number of state government departments. In a number of assignments Russell has been instrumental in establishing the purchasing functions in organisations created by MOG initiatives.

Russell is ‘at home’ establishing major contracts or creating purchasing policy manuals or just performing a line role in procurement.

An example of major projects Russell has undertaken include the development and management of contracts for air charter services for Qld Health to the development of policy for computing hardware and software and subsequent supply contracts / arrangements.
