Ronda is an experienced Project Manager across various industry disciplines. She is an expert in Quality, WH&S, OH&S and Contract/Event Management with practical work experience in training, audits, compliance, work and service agreements, deriving detailed business requirements and solutions, developing customer specific methodologies and delivering on time and within budget. Ronda is knowledgeable with particular emphasis on change facilitation, business analysis, systems, process, industrial relations  and union management including HR skills of handling conflict, influencing skills and behaviour.

Ronda has a strong background in the development of site plans, negotiation, behavioural change and control programs, business and process analysis, policies, standards, and risk management. She also has a working knowledge of methodologies such as Meta, ITIL, PRINCEII and PMBOK and various data models and applied experience in dealing with public sector agencies.
