Qualifications B. Bus (Hons) QUT, Cert IV in Government Investigations, Cert III in Investigative Services.
Background Rod has more than 35 years experience with the public sector. He has performed a wide range of activities including Organisational Reviews, Investigations, HR, Superannuation, Finance, Purchasing and Procurement, Fleet Management and Policy Development.
Areas of Specialisation Rod has proven skills and demonstrated experience in HRM across the various activities within the corporate service portfolio. He is fully conversant with the prevailing legislation and regulations as they impact on the public sector.
Experience Rod has held the position of Director, HR and Corporate Services with Corporate Success Group since 2003, during which time he has established a strong HR business unit, particularly with respect to the conduct of workplace investigations, operational (HR) reviews, workplace interventions and recruitment and selection.
