Permanent Staff Recruitment

We provide a complete range of employment services from entry level positions to executive appointments. Through our client focussed approach, your dedicated consultant will gain an understanding of your business needs, culture and values so that we place the right person, first time, every time. In placing greater emphasis on the recruitment and selection process, we provide the best possible candidates.

Our consultants will liaise with you to ensure that they have a clear position description and understanding of the positions specific requirements, duties and responsibilities.

You will be provided with a short list of applicants who have been interviewed, skills and psychometric tested (where applicable) and reference checked.  A full resume and Candidate Profile will be provided to our clients outlining key strengths, experience and capabilities.

All placements will also be guaranteed for a three month period.  Your dedicated consultant will follow up with you during this period to ensure that all is progressing well.


Temporary Staff Recruitment

Our extensive database of highly skilled and motivated candidates allows us to respond to your needs in a timely and professional manner.  All of our candidates are fully screened by your consultant prior to placement.  This includes a face to face interview, computer skills testing (where applicable) and reference checks, ensuring that our Temp workforce are versatile professionals who will make a seamless transition to your organisation.

We look after all on-costs associated with employment (such as Superannuation, Workers Comp, and Payroll Tax) plus the hours worked by our Temps and we send you one invoice.  A timesheet is signed off by our clients each week, ensuring that you are only invoiced for the hours worked by each temp.  Our database is updated regularly to ensure we have temps “ready to go” to meet our clients’ needs – often at short notice.

Your dedicated consultant will also provide follow up with you to ensure that the temp placed is meeting the roles requirements and fitting in well with your team.


Executive Search

Some of the most difficult recruitment exercises involve locating the right manager to lead a team, division or organisation.  Corporate Success Group utilises a blend of search and selection techniques to facilitate this, including:

  • Advertising – Local, National and International – utilising various media such as the internet, newspapers and Industry magazines
  • Networking - Our consultants have a network of contacts and associates whom we inform of Executive positions – referrals and word of mouth are often very effective
