Experience Nick has over 30 years of successful experience delivering Personnel, Human Resource and Change Management initiatives within a large national organisation responsible for Airspace Management and Air Traffic Control Services in a high safety, regulatory and industrial compliance environment.
He has had additional successful work in the private sector and NGOs with change management support to medium and large scale organisations.
Nick is experienced in the management of a small group of focussed HR professionals and working as a change agent in support of the broader operational management group. His organisational deliverables and responsibilities have included employment conditions, remuneration, recruitment, staff transfers, compensation and OH&S, performance management, industrial relations, resource planning, and change management issues.
Nick is a skilled Change Leader in implementing and driving change reforms including restructuring, process creation and new systems and has significant expertise in the creation and implementation of improved processes systems and procedures to achieve “best practice” and competitive advantage. He has proven achievement and demonstrated superior leadership capability at a senior level.
Nick has recently assisted Corporate Success Group with a large multi position recruitment exercise with a government department.
