Michelle has over 18 years generalist human resources experience and 12 years working within Human Resources within the Queensland public sector.   Michelle has extensive experience undertaking workplace investigations for various Departments of the Queensland public sector including matters relating to Code of Conduct  breaches and bullying and harassment cases.
