Qualifications
Les holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in economics from the University of Melbourne.

Experience
Les has more than 28 years experience in the Australian Public Service working in a range of senior positions including Regional Director of the Australian Public Service Commission in Queensland.  Les has been delivering services to the state public sector in areas of HR, in particular undertaking workplace investigations. His investigative work has involved allegations of alleged breaches of agency codes of conduct as well as investigations of allegations of workplace harassment and performance management issues.
