Qualifications
- Certificate IV Investigative Services
- Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control)
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Four subjects completed in a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Queensland.

Experience
Leon has been a licensed Private Investigator since 1997 and is a results-oriented and focussed professional. Leon has a previous background in Covert Surveillance Operations for a wide range of government/ insurance and private/ business clients.

For the last eight years, Leon has carried out a large number of complex workplace investigations for the public and private sectors. Some of the areas in which Leon has carried out successful investigations include allegations of misconduct, bullying, threats of/ acts of violence, sexual harassment, cultural harassment, performance management processes, misappropriation/ theft of funds or goods, general internal grievance matters, and Workcover Queensland Common Law and Statutory claims.

Leon was previously a consulting lecturer at the Queensland Commercial College in a Certificate IV in Investigative Services course and this, coupled with his range of investigative experience has made him a very effective communicator.
