Experience
Kathy is a results-oriented professional who has more than 12 years of senior HR management experience across a variety of industries including IT, Finance and Manufacturing and more recently consulting to the public sector. 

Kathy’s skills set is very broad, covering recruitment and selection, training, employee/industrial relations, policy development and implementation and remuneration and benefits.  Being a member of our team for the past few years Kathy is very experienced in conducting assignments for the State public sector and Government Corporations, particularly in the areas of recruitment and selection, workplace investigations, training and generalist HR activities.  Kathy’s skills set also extends to the private sector, particularly in assisting SME organisations in the development of attraction and retention strategies.
