Experience
Kate has seven years’ experience as a HR consultant, building on her 11 years in public sector roles to senior officer level.

Kate’s background includes significant experience in recruitment including Chairing Promotion Appeal Committees, providing recruitment advice as a consultant, being part of recruitment processes end to end, including preparation of detailed reports, preparing resumes and responses to selection criteria and offering practical information and advice to interview candidates.

Kate also possesses skills, knowledge and experience relating to investigation work, including grievance investigations.

Kate has been undertaking Recruitment and Selection Panel assistance for Corporate Success Group for almost two years, working with state, local and federal government departments and agencies at all levels.
