Experience Gwenn is a highly experienced investigator who has conducted reviews of allegations of employee misconduct and investigations concerning health practitioners. She has conducted some of the most complex and difficult assignments in relation to employees in the public sector. Gwenn has also conducted: - A major review of abuse of children in care for the Western Australian Government in 2005.
- The independent audit of foster carers in Queensland in 2003 during the Crime and Misconduct Inquiry into the abuse of children in care.
- The independent audit of files of children in care in the Australian Capital Territory in 2004 and was the key advisor to the Chief Minister and the Public Administration Commissioner in the review of child safety in the ACT.
In addition she has also been a member of selection panels on the appointment of senior personnel.
