- B. Com, B.A. and LL.B
- Admitted as a Solicitor (Qld Supreme Court and High Court)

Experience
Frank is one of our Senior Investigators in relation to workplace investigations in public administration. This is based on more than 25 years experience in the Ombudsman’s Office in Queensland (including 15 as Deputy State Ombudsman) as well as high level prior experience as a Senior Finance Officer in the Department of Treasury, and as Cabinet and Legislation Liaison Officer and Executive Director Business Services in the Departments of Justice and Attorney-General. He has also practised in the private legal sector.

Frank is well versed in public sector administration and also has the necessary experience to deal with culturally sensitive issues. He is the complete professional investigator.
