    Supervisors and Team Leaders

    Our programs help Team Leaders in identifying employee issues, approaching employees regarding these issues and recognising a potential problem. People are your greatest resource.

    In a leadership role, you have the responsibility to manage, direct, guide and show support for employees who are experiencing difficulties which, as a result, may be impacting on their work performance. The question is - do you have that same responsibility when the impact is on their personal life choices?

    It is often difficult for employees to accept that certain problems are affecting their attitude which in turn affects their behaviour and/or job performance. Frequently, employees who have persistent performance or attendance problems are found to have underlying difficulties which often affect the job or role they undertake.     We assist employees, whatever level, regarding working with an executive or senior manager who is "difficult to work with". These difficulties include:
